Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was perfect for visiting nearby spots like Fethiye and The Lycian tombs. The hotel has a reception area and even a billiard room. Lily and her family's hospitality was exceptional, and I recommend upgrading to a superior sea view room if you can. Highly suggest trying the homemade chips!
It was a bit noisy outside at times, which made it hard to relax fully. Hopefully, this will be addressed in the future.

Wow! Our stay lasted for 4 nights in a Standard Double Room, and every moment was pure joy! The room had a little balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee, and the AC kept us chill during those sunny days. The manager was a rockstar—always there to assist us with any needs, making our trip so much smoother!

The pool area is well maintained, with plenty of sun beds available, perfect for soaking up the sun. Breakfast includes homemade chips that quickly become a favorite, and the coffee is notably good, adding a nice touch to the morning routine.
The rooms tend to be on the smaller side, and if you're below ground level, your balcony doesn't exactly offer a view worth sitting out for. The air conditioning leaks consistently, needing daily attention, and it's an extra charge on top of your stay—pretty inconvenient. Noise from nearby bars and what sounds like a laundrette can be a real buzzkill at night, disrupting your peace when you're trying to unwind after a long day.

location near beach, responsive manager, good condition of facilities
Sensitive noise from nearby bars keeps the vibe lively yet detracts from relaxation!!! Tight sunbed situation creates unwanted competition for loungers at the pool area, which can put a damper on sunny days!!! some bathrooms could benefit from a better design to avoid stubs!!!

Stayed in a Standard Double Room for 4 nights. The room was clean with a small balcony, and the AC worked perfectly. It had a little fridge which was handy. The bathroom was decent, and they cleaned it every two days, which was cool for us. Just enough storage, so we didn't feel cramped. Good overall vibes, but don't expect a huge breakfast. It was simple but filled us up each morning.
